Recurring batch for Manual Payment in AP Module

Posted on by 170

Hi,

I am having a hard time in creating a recurring batch for my recurring payments, which I am normally doing through Payables Manual payment entry. Is there any way I can set up recurring batch, so as to avoid repetitive entries for the recurring payments.

Thanks,

Ranjan

Unfortunately when creating a payables batch for Manual Payments, the Frequency box gets greyed out as Single Use.

You could look in to something like eOne's Smartconnect that has an integration for manual payments where you could just build the payments in a spreadsheet and import them in as a batch each month.

    Hi,

When you create the batch change the 'frequency' to either 'weekly', 'biweekly' or 'monthly'.
