Have you correctly set the CaptionML of this page with the language you’re using in the client? For example, if the client is running with the Italian language, you need to have an entry with CaptionML = ITA. After that, close and reopen the page.
As you said in page properties caption & captionML can be changed but after changing it, in the document which i have mentioned in the above screen shot is not getting changed
Open your page (147) in Design Mode, select a blank line on the page, then click Properties (MAIUSC + F4).
In Page properties you have Caption and CaptionML where you can change the caption as you want.
The page caption head is not possible to modify.
Click on Page information, check for the page ID and modify the page caption (or captionML if you want to do this only for a particular language).
