Hello,
Anyone who knows how to check the Application User and its role in CE App. For example I wanted to know all users and their roles who can access the Sales Hub App. And if its possible any way to extract it?

I don't know if you have such a tool from a third party (XRMToolbox). However, if you know to which roles an app is shared, you can make some queries about it:
Then you can use some filtering:
And if you choose some relevant columns (like ApplicationID, IsLicensed, etc), you can get a report that might be relevant:
This is the FetchXML that I've used. You should be able to modify it to your particular needs. For sure, there are some tools on XRMToolbox that will allow you to build more heavy queries
