Envestnet Yodlee link bank account Citibank

Has anybody been able to successfully setup a Citibank account in Business Central linked to Envestnet Yodlee?

Other bank accounts work fine, but Yodlee keeps telling us that the credentials for this Citibank account are incorrect, but when using the same credentials for logging directly in to Citibank online these credentials work fine.
