Our company collected $204 for a donation to a shelter. We need to deposit the (Cash and Checks) and then we will write a check to the shelter. How can we process this in MSGP since the shelter is not a vendor or customer.

Use 'Bank Transaction - Enter Receipt' to record the deposit, then use Miscellaneous Check to cut the check to the shelter.
