Hello,

I am trying to create a power automate flow that will send an email to the related contact of an appointment when specific criteria are met. But I cannot get contactid (optionalattendees) from the appointment. I use get a row by id action to get appointment's data. Any ideas?

@a33ik could you explain a little more with the list rows which field do we add. I am starting with the appointments entity on create/change and then list records activity parties but not sure how to filter from there.

Hello,

In order to get values from Required Attendees/Optional Attendees you will have to use "List Records" with "Activity Party" entity to list all of those records.
