Can I use Integration manager to update the default Locations and Bins for the Items....with Manufacturing installed??
Is there any documentation on how to do this....and if so where??

You can use IM for the default locations, but the bins would need to be done via SQL. If the location is not assigned, you will need to make an IM pass to assign the site, then a second to assign the default site.

Integration Manager does have the mapping for the Bin in the Inventory Item destination under the Qtys/Sites folder, however IM is not compatibly with Manufacturing. You will may need to remove Mfg from your Dynamics.set file.
