Field not populating in Report Writer

I am trying to add Bin Number to the Inventory Turnover Report. I have successfully added the Item Quantity Master table to the report and when going into the toolbox, I am able to just drag and drop the Bin Number field onto the report. I have also added a "Bin Number" text field to the Page Header and Report Header. However, when I run the report, I am able to see the text field that I added but not the data field that I dragged and dropped into the report. I would also like to add an exception to the report to exclude any items that do not have an empty bin number. Although I've added the exception to the report, it still pulls all items regardless of the empty bin number field. Any ideas as to what I might have to do to get this going?
