Deactivate Tracking for certain company

Hi,

I need to deactivate tracking for the contacts of my own organisaton for internal newsletters because of legal issues.

How is it possible to deactivate tracking?

    Hi Carolin,

    Do you need to deactivate all tracking?  Today only some tracking can be turned off manually e.g. URL clicks in an email but you cannot turn off tracking of things like email opens.  If you can provide specifics to exactly what you need deactivated, that would be helpful.

    Thank you for your fast response. Yes, I would need to deactivate all tracking from the contacts from that specific company.

    How would it be possible to deactivate tracking für URL clicks?

    Hi Carolin,

    Currently, it is not possible to turn off tracking selectively for a certain target domain, but not for others.

    If this is the functionality that you need, we can certainly consider adding this to our product in the future.
