Hello CS Experts,
In the Knowledge article form, we have this Rlated Information refernce panel that contains subgrids for diffrerent entities, one of which is Product.
In short, Product can be related to Knowledge Article. However, in our scenario, we have created a new field Product Group to replace the standard Product field. My question now is how I am going to extend that functionality of relating product to knowledge article? What view do I need to modify so that I can replace the Product with Product Group?

By default, the selected entity should be 'Products', have you do some customizations.
For second question--"And when I tried to look for Product entity, it is not included in the dropdown".
You need go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Knowledge Articles> N:N relationships

What I see in the entity is Connections (Connected From) and not Product and the view is Associated product.
And when I tried to look for Product entity, it is not included in the dropdown.

You need go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Knowledge Article > Forms to open 'Knowledge Article' form.
Double-click 'Relate Products' to open dialog, which related to 'Products' entity and 'Active Products(Field Service)', then you can edit it.
