How to upgrade the dexterity customization from GP lower version to higher version ? Also guide the step how to upgrade dexterity customization using dexterity utility.
I wants to upgrade dexterity from version GP2010 to GP2016.
Also guide the steps how to upgrade direct from the chunk file, if we does not want to use development dictionary.

You MUST use source code control, even if you just using the Dexterity "Generic Prodiver" which is just files in a folder. It should only take a couple of hours to upgrade, then you need to test and check if any changes are needed to support the later Dynamics GP.
The old method using Dexterity Utilities is not recommended any more as it can cause corruption of dictionary resources and strings.

As Mariano mentioned you need to use source code control as discussed in the KB article I wrote.
You cannot work directly from a chunk file. In fact chunk files often have the source code removed which means you cannot even use them to recreate a development dictionary.
