Hi, I am wondering how to deploy a customized web service in dynamics 365?

Hi,
I don't quite understand what you're going for.
If you've build a custom web service, you would deploy it to Azure or your own server but it wouldn't be associated with Dynamics 365. You might call your service from a plugin or from javascript, but the service would still be deployed elsewhere.
