Here's the situation that I'm running into. One of the my AD accounts was compromised, causing our server to be used as a spambot. I forced a password change for all active accounts, disabled all inactive accounts(I just started and they never disabled accounts when an employee left) and got rid of the virus that was on the workstation that caused this.
I entered the new password for the active directory account into Headquarters client, but it still says that it is unable to find the server. I can remote to the server using the same credentials that I input into Headquarters client.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
