Error when running finance charge memo

Hello Everyone,
 
Good morning.
 
I recently came across an error when creating a finance charge memo in the business central.
 
 
Please assist me on this to overcome this error.

    Hi Yun,
     
    I get this error when I use 'Create Finance Charge Memos' option. I am not getting the error immediately. The report will run untill 90 percent and then only I get that error.
     
    Also, I could see finance charge memos created for some customers. However, it is not created for all the customers.
