Hi,
I already had some contacts linked previously and then the sync wasn't in place for most of the days.
When I started the sync again, the Outlook started to delete Contacts. I immediately stopped the sync and left it midway. Is there any behavior to be aware of between the sync happening between Outlook and CRM using Dynamics CRM For Outlook.
What could be the reason and how to control this?
