steps to make Electronic report and deploy from DEV to SIT

hI Team,
 
Can we make any report in ER? 
 
for example -- If I like to see the dialog like from date and to date and customer account. and based on the dialog input report will filter the data. is it possible to do it in ER?
 
kindly let me know the steps to make Electronic report and deploy from DEV to SIT.
