The Account receivables report from HQ is not matching Store account receivables. After researching we found that HQ is missing data from 2010 – 2007. Accordingly we decided to issue 401 for older date to 2007.
However we are getting Error 7: out of memory on the store level.
Any Idea how to sync 4 years of data from store to HQ

You cannot.
You might try to make a backup of the store database and copy it to the HQ machine and restore it from there as the store, point the HQ Client to the newly created store and run your 401 against it.
Assuming you have plenty of disk space, the 401 will run quicker.

The first 401 with back date of 2011 and then another one with 2010.. Etc. Or is there another way.

The system you are attempting to upload the data from likely does not have enough RAM or disk space to upload all the data at once. Increment the backdated 401 worksheet so that smaller amounts of data are uploaded at a time.
