Shopify Connector - update a sales order

Hello. We are using the Shopify connector, and it imports the orders and creates a SO automatically... so far so good.
 
But occasion the order on Shopify has to be changed - an increase in postage, a change in the items or quantities etc - if the customer has made a mistake.
 
How can we bring those changes into the existing sales order in BC? If I delete the SO, I can't recreate it withoout having to resync the connector entirely (which I'd prefer to avoid), but there isn't an option to update just one sales order with new information from Shopify.
 
Any ideas?
