We have been experiencing an issue when bulk emailing statements where some statements do not go out and there is a a 'pdf not created' error. While we can resend the erroneous statements manually, it is extremely time consuming for the resource tasked with doing so.
We are running GP 2018 with the client installed on the workstation, and the issue occurs from any of the workstations using GP. We did not experience this issue prior to upgrading from GP 2013.
I am hoping someone can point us in the right direction on how to resolve this.

20-25 invoices per month are definitely not what I'd call a large volume.. I was more thinking about 100's of invoices per day :-)
What do you classify as "large volume"? We are going to send about 20-24 invoices a month. Would we experience issues on this scale?

Are you using the default Word Templates in GP to send out those statements ? how many at the time do you generate ? I think I came across some other forums posts where someone mentioned that trying to generate a large volume of statements in GP would fail at some point..
