Attract Talent Customize Selection Process

Is it possible to Add one more stage in the Attract selection procedure

Default options are Screening , Interview , Offer .
But is it possible to add one more round Interview TechRound before the Offer stage?  If possible from where and how?
Also is it possible to add some custom fields to Conatct Details of Candidate for recruiters ? If possible from where and how?

    This is a requirement i have also heard from a number of customers who might have one or more phone interviews, then an assessment day followed by an interview- either on the same or different dates. Some more flexibility here would be ideal

    Yes, this feature has been released a week ago. After you created a job and it is in draft stage you can customize the process in the job setup page > tab Hiring process.

    Hi Victor Stehman, any update on this? it seems an awful lot goes on behind closed doors in this talent yammer group, which is very frustrating for those of us stuck on the outside! Would you be able to approve my request to join, or forward to someone who can please?
