Creating a RTM journey that only sends communications on Monday - Friday

Does anyone know if is possible to limit the days of the week that an email or sms is sent out or RTM. I know the feature exists in emails for outbound marketing, just trying to see if a solution has been created for RTM.

For additional context, we're creating an ongoing journey that will send contacts "x" amount of texts and "x" emails prior to their membership expiring. With customer service only working Monday - Friday, we don't want to send any communications outside of that window.
