Power Automate workflow Approval entries was not captured in Business Central

Hi,
 
We tried out Power Automate workflows with GL Batch, PO etc. noticed there was no Approval entries nor Workflow entries been tracked in Business Central.
i could only see in Power Automate > Approvals > History. Is this the only place to ?
