Are you facing this error after DB restore or in your VM ?

Could you please check the following either with the System Administrator of the environment, or the product owner who has published the project for your company?:
- Is your email address added to your company Active Directory (if this process is used internally as a security measure)
- Is your profile active on the environment you are trying to access?
- Does your profile have a telemetry ID prepopulated?
- Are you using the correct email address for this environment? (i.e are you logged into a Microsoft (ex. Gmail) account in any other windows?)
The owner of the system within your company should be able to confirm if all of the above are all set up correctly. :)
