Hi,
by default https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-users a few fields are synched from Azure AD to D365 e.g. Sales user.
Is it possible to extend these information e.g. by adding a job title or other fields in Azure AD, which are synched with D365 user?

You can create schedule power automate to fetch details from azure AD and update User table

I'm afraid it is not available for now to extend information like 'job title' or other fields in Azure AD, which are synched with D365 user.
It is due to system design that we cannot edit user's basic information form and synched from Azure AD to D365.
