Personalizing one user changes another user’s layout (not same profile, no page customization)

I’m seeing unexpected personalization behavior in Business Central (SaaS).

When User A personalizes a page (for example, change order of columns in sales order page), User B’s layout changes in the exact same way.

I looked into the user card, they are not using the same profile. Is there any other potential reason causing this kind of unwanted page personalization sync?

As far as I know, the SaaS version of BC cannot copy user personalization.
In other words, this phenomenon shouldn't be happening.
Perhaps the profile has been modified? Will this problem still occur after the user changes to a different profile?
Also, the page below can show which pages the user has personalized, although the content is not visible...

Hello,

Normally personalization is user-specific, so if User A personalizes a page it should not affect User B. If both users see the same layout change, the change was likely done as a profile (role) page customization instead of user personalization. Profile customizations apply to all users assigned to that profile or Role Center, even if the users appear to have different profiles that share the same Role Center. I would check Profiles (Roles) → Customize Pages or verify that the change was done with Personalize and not Customize for Role, since role customizations are shared across users.

Thank you for all the replies we got so far but that's not the case.
I manually tested it by modify one of the account through the regular personalization(Settings - personalization) and i can confirm it does affect the layout of the other user right away.

That is what confusing me. I didn't happen to other users in our company as well. It just happened to this specific account

Are both users sharing the same account? That is the only way I can see this happening, if the same user is logged in to both computers.

Nope. they are using completely different account, not even sharing the same user profile. I can see they are having seperate personalization data in the table information page -> page data personalization table.
I guess I will just reset their personalization and try report this issue to the MS.
