Can someone explain what is the difference of these two dates field in dynamics crm.
I want to calculate something based on date but I don't know which one i should use.

It depends on why you need it. I live in Ottawa, it's 8 AM here when it's 12 PM UTC. In your example, date1 would be 8:00 AM, and date1utc would be 12:00 PM.
Without knowing what those dates are and what you are trying to do.. Can't suggest which one to use.

It looks like the second one is a UTC date/time:

The first one is, probably, your local date/time.
