Hi,
 
An employee's leave request was approved, but the leave balance has not reduced. What could be the reason?

    Do you have any batch jobs or any workflow for this proces, if yes, please double check that has been completed or not.

    Additionaly, please verify the leave has been fully approved or we have any pending actions.
