FPS.Chart is Undefined

Greetings,

The previous week, we have proceed to update a customer's Field Service App to the latest version. We did the update and we've spotted an error that has to do with the Schedule Board. More precisely, is the instance of the Schedule Board that runs on a resource requirement and opens from the button "Book" in a Work Order. Once the board is loaded there's is an error appearing above the Work Order's information that says FPS.Chart is not defined. This failure to load this function correctly causes several problems -for example- when we are trying to load the next 100 available resources and the page refresh seem to fail.  I've tried to check the FPS js libraries to find something out of order but so far no luck.

Any ideas someone? How should I proceed?

Hello, anybody any suggestion? Anything?  Can someone at least confirm if that after upgrading Field Service to the latest version, the "book" button in Work Orders works normally for them?

I can confirm that the Book button on the Work Order works, both using Quick Book and the Schedule Board. Do you also get the error on the schedule board if you use the Schedule Assistant? Have you tried a brand-new board?

If yours worked prior to the upgrade, you might want to open a support ticket.
