    Hi Manish,

Once you change the option for offline , you should uninstall MPOS and download new package.

    Hi Sergey,

I tried what you suggested but of no help. I have figured out the issue.

The problem is whenever i am adding any new customization in my Channel DB, Offline sync stops working and hence MPOS does not go offline.

Everytime I have to delete the Offline database and then recreate it. After this when I put my customization then It works.

Even when I am giving the package to my testing team I have to ask them to delete the previos Offline database and then do the installation.

Have you set, on the register level in AX UI, the setting "Support offline" to the value "Yes"?

If so, close MPOS then clean the Operational log, run the MPOS again and login and then don't do any other operations in MPOS look into the event log, one of the entries there should describe why exactly offline is not supported, depending on your situation that could be an Informational/Verbose/Error or Warning so go through all of them.

You are saying "In Event Viewer i am getting error" - can you tell what exactly error you are seeing there? What exactly version of MPOS you are using?
