Adding in Flexible staff works in the Scheduleboard

Hi,
 
How do I set up flexible staff work hours in the Dynamics 365 Scheduleboard?  For example a staff member works as follows: 
 
Week 1
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
 
Week 2
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm
