Use date month and day format in business central

-- procedure GetMonthStartDateAndEndDate(StartYear: Integer; Month: Integer): Date
I have StartYear and Month as an integer . My task is to integrate them and return into date .For example, I have StartYear = 2022 and Month = 1 so, I need to return 
01/01/2022

People have given me approach to use format and evaluate but I am a beginner in this case.  If any one could help me?

    DateVariable := DMY2Date(01,Month,StartYear)

    For Year, I need 4 characters like 2022 but d2my shows only two characters. Is there any solution to this?
