Sorry for late, you have to insert a checking condition, because while sales team is created , actually there are 2 records will be created, that is why two emails were created.
In this case, i am using opportunity, but the concept would be the same.
putting checking condition, i want to send email when it is connected to opportunity
i added one person to sales team
email only created one time
PS : in your previous explanation, you wanted to send the email only when user assign the lead, in this case , you have to build plugin or custom workflow to achieve this.
Hi Wei, its me again. Im having problems with the workflow you helped me with. When I assign somebody to the sales team, it sends two emails instead of one. im using the same template as in the pictures above. I dont know what do i have to change in order for this to work. Could you please help?

you should use record is create right? Try to set the trigger point as Record is create.

You told me that i had to choose "conexion" on the entity so i seleted it and im using a Workflow template which has been working for me for several Processes. However, after trying several times this workflow i havent recieved a single email. I checked 1000 times all the configuration and everything seems OK. But I still cant find which is the problem.

This " Sales Team" actually is called Connection.
