Our Analytical Accounting has two Dimensions; Project and Cost Category.
For a given Project, there are a number of valid Cost Categories but no provision to leave the cost category blank.
However, in General Transaction Entry, a transaction was entered that did not include a Cost Category. The entry was posted with no error message.
I am trying to determine what element of the AA Code Setup could be incorrect to allow this to happen.
Any insights would be appreciated.
