Customer is asking about the repetition of the fields on the form as well as on the Business Process Flow.
what i understand is that either we fill the data into the fields from B.P.F or From the from the forms , Both gets reflected.
if i am in a wrong track let me know how to make customer feel good about this.

As suggested by Ravi and Shahbaaz, the same field on the form as well as BPF will change simultaneously.
Coming to the question "How can i make client more comfortable with this behavior,", I would suggest you to put all the mandatory fields in the BPF so that the end users will only fill the fields shown in the BPF. Otherwise you can put all the mandatory fields on the form in one section so that repetition of the fields will not take more attention.

Change the value in Business Process Flow also get reflected in form
If you change the value in BPF it will get reflected on form and vice a versa. Check below screenshot.

Yes, you are correct. It will reflect on both form & BPF.
