I'm trying to add members to marketing list but I'm getting this error. I'm the system administrator, still I'm getting this error

I created a new Lead Card Form and configured accordingly

Our CRM has account card form and contact card form so the marketing list when targeted at account and contact worked well
But I do not find any "Lead card form" on the CRM
So it is still showing same error when targeted at lead
Nor it is showing any other forms as drop-down
Please guide,

Is this happening for Static Marketing List or Dynamic Marketing List record ?
The Members view is loaded via control added on the Members grid.
1. Go to Setting> Customization> Customize the system> Entities > Marketing List > Forms.
2. Open Marketing List Form> Go to the Members Tab> In the members tab, for Static Members you will see grid name : Accounts, Contacts, Leads.
For Dynamics Members, you will see grid name : Dynamics Accounts UCI, Dynamics Contacts UCI, Dynamics Leads UCI.
Depending on your issue check the controls of the grid - if its with static ML members for Contacts grid- go to grid properties > Controls tab it should show as Read-Only Grid for Web, Phone, Tablet.
For Dynamics ML members for Contacts, it should show control name 'CC_Marketing_DynamicListSubgrid' for Web, Phone, Tablet.
Check for each grid control. These kind of issue occurs if there is any changes in the control on one of the grid properties. As a best practice, compare the control details with other org where it works or with any vanilla org.
