Dynamics 365 apps in Microsoft Teams not working

Hi,

We have been using Dynamics 365 app connected to Microsoft Teams but we are now facing issue the Dynamics 365 app screen shows loading but it will just went to all blank after a while for the My Dashboard tab. we can still see and change the settings, help and about tabs and its content.

We cannot access the environment on the dynamics 365 apps. app is working fine in browser.
