Export of email records failing.

I’m trying to move email records from Live environment to UAT environment using the export/import process present in the dynamics 365 to test the flow created in UAT environment. When I click on “export to excel” in advanced find, either it fails to generate the excel (See Pic 1), or if it generates, when I try to open the excel which got downloaded, it will throw the error (See Pic 2). When I remove the description column from the view and try to export it, it works. But I need the description column also to get exported.

Note: Description column in the email record is more complex as it includes tables, images and a lot of text.

Any advice for me to move some sample data from LIVE to UAT with this description is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!
