Company Entity not populated, cannot create company on my own, insufficient permissions

Hi all,

after installing the Field Service Module, the "Company" field was sort of introduced to many forms and is also required for a lot of processes. My problem is, that I cannot create a company, the error is, that only the integration user is allowed to do this. But who is the integration user or how can i solve this?

Without the company, I cannot create quotes, articles and even sales workflows do not work correctly without. Any help is highly appreciated!
