Export Calculated field calculations for comparison

I am working on a data migration from one solution to another. I need to compare the calculated fields to make sure they have the same type of results when they run. How do I pull that information from the the targeted solution and compare it to the old solution?

Example: In Quote Entity there are multiple custom calculation fields that require input in currency field to multiply country/state tax. The Targeted Solution is in an updated version the old solution has not been updated since 2010.
