Hi,

For the purchase orders where the status is in draft or in review, we need to NOT delete the PO, however, Void it, or cancel it. What would be the best approach for that?

Hi,

The main purpose is that we don’t want to have holes in the purchase order number

However at the same time we don’t want to reuse a po number that was deleted.

So the best thing to do is to allow to cancel draft PO.

But the cancel is not enabling for draft PO

Unless there are other options...

Hello Sam,

Do you mean that all POs with this status need to be voided?

How many POs do we talk about?
