Our organization uses sequences to automatically schedule emails that contain dynamic text in them, particularly in the signature.
Up until as recently as Thursday, October 12th, these emails always went out from a User with all of the dynamic text appearing properly (see image 1).
Then quite suddenly, as late as Sunday, October 15th, the name displayed is /SYSTEM/ and all other information is left blank (see image 2).
This is true for both newly sequences and emails, as well as sequences that had been working fine all along.
The one change I can think of that we made right around this time is we created a new sequence that used an A/B test. So we initially thought it was the new sequence that was setup improperly, only to find that all emails going out through sequences are suddenly experiencing that issue. It does not appear to be an issue for other emails sent through Dynamics using the /Send Direct Email/ action.
Also, we have never observed the option for an A/B step in a sequence, so it is also possible some system update happened on Microsoft's side that is causing this issue?
Please advise.
