Real time journey numbers are not updating

Hi
 
We seem to have an issue where the counts on real time journeys are not updating, for example an event registration flow is showing Total Inflow: 0, despite me registering for the event and receiving the email from within the flow. I'm aware there will be a slight lag, but it is still showing 0 after an hour of registering.
 
It also seems to be an issue when looking at RTM email activities against a contact, is anybody else experiencing same issues?
