Hi All,
Im currently adding a delivery and Invoice address to my activated quote on CRM Dynamics however to add this information in, i need to revise my quote which then changes the Quote ID and Revision Number - Is there a way i can insert this information without Revising my quote?
Or Can i insert a workflow to keep the field amendable when quoted?

Hello Kerry,
Quote is editable only in Draft state. Once you made quote "Active" it becomes readonly and the only supported way to change anything inside as you already mentioned Revise it, change information and activate it back.
