Unable to add connection to Account

Hi Team, 

 I trying to add a connection to account, but getting error as follows,

The above error happens for User with custom security roles, where as if i add connection with administrator, no error at all

    Hi ganesh,

    It seems you have a custom Plug-in that is failing KUD.CRM>Plugins.NotificationOnTeamMembershitChange.

    You should debug the plug-in to understand why it is failing or if you have it from a 3rd party vendor ask him for support.
