Hello,
Is it possible to get the description from the G/L account lines on an invoice to show in the trial balance report?

Have the above setup applied to Yes or true. Data from that point onwards posted through the purchase ledger will have the required detail on a detailed trial balance report. Same can be achieved on the sales & receivables side. Just go to the dedicated setup page for that area and enable the same field. The setting will not go back and retrospectively alter existing postings.
Thank you! I had selected that previously and then unselected because I was trying to look at previously posted data and nothing turned up. Good to know it's for postings going forward!
