Hello everyone,
Do you know if it's possible to export calling data from Remote Assist ?
I found the dataverse table where every calling data is stored, but I can't export them with the export button.
Inside the Model Driven App I can access a PowerBI view of the calling data, but I can't find a way to export this view or at least an excel version of it.
Does anyone succeeded in getting these data out of the Dataverse and the Model Driven App ?

The dashboard uses the phone call entity type to generate analytics. End users must select the right Dynamics 365 environment from their device to send the phone call record to the Microsoft Dataverse.
You can access phone call table in Dataverse, then export data:
