So my team is having an issue that after having their schedule board open for several minutes, the booking tooltip starts to no longer appear when they hover over or click on the schedule board. For them, the only way to get it back it to refresh the page. This is happening about 8 times per hour. Has anyone else dealt with this or found a way to prevent this?

When I had this issue a few months ago, I had opened a ticket with Microsoft Support. After much testing they said they were opening up a change request with the third party vendor that made the booking tooltips for them. I hadn't heard anything since but many of my team have fewer issues a couple months after that. One of my guys still had issues for a while, this was mostly due to him using an outdated system Windows 7 instead of Windows 10. Once he switched the issue became less often but never really went away completely.
Now, my entire team has mentioned they are disappearing again and at increased frequency. We just had the recent 2020 Wave 1 update as well as we personally upgraded our Field Service Version. We are opening a new ticket with Microsoft about this latest issue.
We curently have disappearing Tooltip windows when trying to click on it (on a link there) in two independend customer orgs. Have created a MS Support Ticket. Must be a new bug now.

I've heard of similar issues. What version of URS is installed? Have you tried clearing cache? If all else fails, log a support ticket for assistance.
