CRM Dynamics 365 - Account Management Activity Not able to add clients

Not able to add clients to "Account Management Activity" (client meeting). See screenshot of error message attached. I have tried removing the client name, saving and closing the entry, then reopening it and adding the client name. Still not able to select any attendees. Also not able to upload any attachments to the entry which is disappointing. Would like to include slides, meeting minutes, etc.

Also Note this functionality works in Dev, QA but it's not working in prod, not sure if it's mainly a prod issue but it's happed for user doing this multiple times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Troubleshooting Steps Attempted

Removed the client name → Saved and closed the record → Reopened and re-added the client name → Same issue persists.

Tried multiple user accounts → same result.

Cleared cache, tried different browsers (Edge, Chrome) → no change.

Verified functionality in Dev and QA → works fine there, issue only occurs in Production.

CRM Dynamics 365 - Account Management Activity Not able to add clients

It looks like this is custom functionality added into your application. It might help to post some of the code used on the button to diagnose what might be happening.

In the meantime, you can always try to find the form and web resources used for this in your lower environments, reimport, and then publish in Prod to see if that fixes the issue.
