I have been using RMS for over a year and want to start using Quickbooks. How do I export from RMS to Quickbooks tables such as vendor, customer and payment terms?

Thank you for your question about how to export information from RMS to QuickBooks. Below is an article on how to configure QuickBooks with RMS. In the article you will see that the as soon as the GL accounts are created in RMS for the accounts in QuickBooks you will be able to post closed batches to QuickBooks or Billing Cycle. You do this in Store Operations Manager | Journal | Post Closed Batches or Close Billing Cycle. I recommend working with your Accountant with setting up the GL accounts in RMS and verifying all the correct accounts are set in QuickBooks.
