Hi, I am writing a plugin on email to case conversion and if I am sending an email to CRM, who is present as a user and contact, the email from activity party in the code by default is resolving it to systemuser. If I try to set this as the customerid for the case, it gives me an error saying ''Parent is not valid". So I am considering a workaround to try retrieve the contact rather than systemuser. Kindly suggest the most optimal way to do that as I want to minimize the CRM hits to ensure better plugin performance.
